5 Star Plumbing

We had a broken sewer pipe, due to a tree root. The crack was under our foundation, but 5 Star was able to find and fix the repair within a day. Eze and David both did excellent work and were very friendly, the made a clean/neat entry into the concrete so it would be easy to repair as well, they dug out the root and then some to make sure it would not be near the pipe in the future and on top of that, they took care of moving all the patio furniture and plants out of the way and brought them back. Pricing is either the same or better than anyone else but the quality of work is what is most important.

Called 5 star plumbing last night and they were able to setup an appointment for a technician to come this morning. Peter was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was on time, polite, fixed our leakage, ran the hydrojet through our pipes, did a camera test and installed our toilet seat. I’m very pleased with his work. He also did a good job cleaning after himself. Thank you

Excellent service! We had a massive clog in the drainage system that required the replacement of one of the old intersections. We knew what the job entails and how difficult it would be. When I called in the middle of the night for an appointment, Maria was very helpful. Scheduling was simple and our back and forth communication was clear and responsive. When the technician came, he was very professional. He confirmed the situation and what we wanted to do, started the job on the spot and even drove to pick up extra parts half way through. The whole thing was done in record time. The cost was also much more affordable than we expected. We did call other plumbers for quotes and other offers where anywhere from twice to four times as expensive. I think that the price we ended up paying was very fair. We were very satisfied with them and I intend to call them again for any future work I might need.

Pro’s: Fast response and service. I was very impressed by this. Skilled licensed gas line plumber came over to do the work, named Alex. He really knows his stuff. Did the job excellent and quickly. They give discounts if you pay in cash, which I did. Con’s: The quality of the work was great. But Pricing was higher than I expected for the job I needed done which was capping a gas line and re-positioning it. Overall: I highly recommend 5 Star for the quality of work. Just get more clarity on estimated costs of work.

Adam was great! I got a few other bids from other companies and ended up choosing 5 Star Plumbing because of Adam. He was professional and friendly and communicated with me very clearly. I didn’t feel like he was trying to trick me into something I didn’t necessarily need. He gave me multiple options and his honest opinion. I think I’ll end up needing additional services down the road but will definitely schedule with Adam for that when the time comes. Highly recommend!

I called at 8pm when our toilet started bubbling and shower backing up and they were out by 9:30 (the only place of 4 places I called that could come right then). The woman who took my call was very nice and transparent about pricing. Khalil the plumber that came out to assist was so kind and determined to unleash our clog that was 50 feet out in the main line. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them.

We had a leaking shutoff valve for our ice refrigerator. It needed to be replaced today in order to have a new refrigerator installed tomorrow. The 5 Star technician had the new valve installed in 2 hours. Excellent work!
